This 1967 Ford Thunderbird was built the March 7, 1967 at the Wixom, Michigan plant. It was delivered to Pasquin Motor Sales in Rutherford, New Jersey. This car was ordered in Pewter Mist over Black Vinyl and still retains its original paint. It was also ordered with black vinyl roof, White sidewall tires, SelctAire A/C, power side windows and tinted glass. All the original glass is still in place and in good condition. This Ford obviously lived a pampered life because it is presented today with only 34,700 original miles on the odometer! Recently, the car has undergone a mechanical restoration to ensure everything is functional and in perfect working order. Invoices are included for over $6000 in recent work including fluid changes, window regulator repair, vacuum line replacement, fuel line replacement, engine gaskets, ball joints, HVAC repairs, brake line replacement, new starter, and more! The car also comes with a factory owner's manual.
The car starts and runs flawlessly! The transmission shifts smoothly and with power steering and power brakes, this car is an excellent cruiser! The paint and chrome show very well with only minor flaws. The black interior is in near mint shape and is one of the best original interiors I have seen. The A/C blows cold, the gauges all work, the radio works, the windows go up and down quickly and without hesitation, the hideaway headlight doors open and close as they should, all interior lights work, horn, wipers, etc. The tires were replaced in 2020. This car is buttoned up and ready to enjoy! The clock does not function.
